¼ cup raw cashews or 1 tablespoon peanut or almond butter
¾ cup frozen cauliflower (or ice)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 teaspoons cocoa powder (optional for deeper cocoa flavor)
1 serving of collagen powder (I like the Body Kitchenbrand), optionalÂ
1 tablespoon maple syrup, optional for sweeter smoothie
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a high powered blender and blend on high for 1 ½ – 2 minutes, until very smooth. Add more Crio Bru or milk if needed to help it blend. It will be thick.
Serve in a cup with a big straw or in a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut flakes, granola, and/or banana slices.
