The ULTIMATE gift guide for the Electric Pressure Cooker Obsessed in your life. Unique, memorable gift giving has never been so easy!
I had every intention of sitting down and writing a post all about what to buy for the Pressure Cooker/Instant Pot Lovers in your lives, but then realized half way through that I had already written that post here!
Of the 20+ accessories I use and love, my top 4 suggestions for ultimate pressure cooker gifts are . . .
1 is enough for 1/2 gallon of Homemade Yogurt, 2 will be needed for a full gallon
This is my longest lasting springform pan and 3 years later it's still rust free and leak resistant. It makes beautiful cheesecakes time and time again like this White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake and this stunning Triple Chocolate Cheesecake. They deserve all the Heart Eyes ????????????
This strainer comes out for nearly every veggie dish as well as hard-boiled eggs. Plus the handle is a game changer for getting hot food out without burning all my fingers or dropping my food all over the floor (been there done that, and cried. Lots). I've used this strainer for these easy, Pressure Cooker No Peel Mashed Potatoes and tamales (recipe in our Master the Electric Pressure Cooker cookbook! These tamales are even good for you!)
Creme Brûlée, Mini Frittatas, Peach Cobbler, and Lava Cake . . . need I say more. These are also recipes from our cookbook, but stay tuned for a -to die for- holiday twist on Lava Cake.
If you are gifting an actual Electric Pressure Cooker, I highly suggest this model of Instant Pot and this Fagor LUX Multicooker. I've tried several different models and brands and always, ALWAYS come back to these two pressure cookers. The 6 quart size is sufficient 90% of the time, but if you really want to be a rockstar gifter, go with the 8 quart size in either of these brands! There will be sales throughout this Christmas season and I will do my best to alert you to the best deals. You can see the latest sales here.
For both the novice and expert pressure cooker peeps in your life, I highly suggest our cookbook – Master the Electric Pressure Cooker. It's loaded with how to's, tips, tricks, and recipes to make you fall in love with this incredible appliance. 90% of the recipes are healthy and wholesome, 10% are indulgent and over the top. The perfect ratio for healthy living, right?
Barbara from Pressure Cooking Today also recently released her book The Electric Pressure Cooker Cookbook and it is as incredible as her blog. Jam packed with fast and easy recipes that will please any palate!
Here are a few more gift ideas from TIDBITS posts of the past that will make you a rockstar, memorable gifter this Christmas:
Bag of Crio Bru with a gift bag full of Frozen Whipped Cream Dollops
Vanilla, Cinnamon, Maple, Lemon, Peppermint, and Almond Extract. My sis Cami's got your back on all of these super cute extract labels too! OR give them the ingredients to make their own extracts like a bottle of red label Smirnoff and some Vanilla Beans.
A pretty jar of Infused Water of Infused Water Ice Cubes
Get fancy with a basket of Fresh Instant Pot Mozzarella or Burrata, dried fruit, nuts, pesto, balsamic, and/or jams. Throw in some crackers or a crostini and how rockstar would that be!
A jar of Instant Pot Homemade Yogurt with Granola. Might I suggest saving yourself some work and instead buying the most amazing Granola I've ever had – Sara's Goji Berry and Date Granola. The bites of soft, sweet dates make me swoon every time. My kids love this granola so much that I have to hide half of it for myself so they don't eat it all in one sitting.
