For the Chicken

- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar (or white vinegar)
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
For the Green Goddess Sauce
- 1 large avocado
- ¾ cup greek yogurt or sour cream
- ½ cup herbs (like basil, chives, cilantro, and/or parsley)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 2 garlic cloves
- Salt and pepperÂ
For Assembling the Sandwich
- Whole Wheat or Everything Bagels
- Spinach
- Raw sprouts
- Thinly sliced tomato
- Thinly sliced cucumber
- Optional: hummus and/or bacon
