Showcase your homemade Instant Pot Yogurt the best way possible by surrounding it with toppings, toppings, and more toppings! Â It's yummy and beautiful and will make you the talk of the town!
Need a party food idea for a birthday, baby shower, wedding shower, wedding reception, etc? Â How about a big Bowl of Homemade Yogurt and a colorful toppings bar? Â It's different, healthy, and pretty and you'll knock socks off right and left!
Since Instant Pot Homemade Yogurt was the recipe that started me on my Electric Pressure Cooker journey, I'm paying a little extra homage to it today in the form of a Yogurt Parfait Party.
My kids flip with joy when I pull out a big container of yogurt and a spread of yogurt toppings for breakfast and I love that they're starting their day with lots of protein and fruit.
Whether you're doing it for a party or doing it for a party of one (yourself), a yogurt parfait buffet is where it's at!
If you're going all out for an event, here are my suggestions of what to include:
Yogurt
Have one bowl of unsweetened yogurt and one of sweetened vanilla yogurt (both homemade of course)
Fruit
LOTS AND LOTS OF FRUIT! Â Go for all different colors, but my personal favorites are peaches, mangos, strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries. Â My kids happen to love quartered grapes as well. Â You could do all fresh fruit or mix it up with some crunchy freeze-dried fruit options.
Sweet Drizzles
I suggest honey and/or maple syrup.  Take it to the next level with different flavors of Infused Honey and this absolutely amazing Chocolate Vanilla Syrup.  Oh my goodness, it is heavenly!
Granola Crunch
That crunch is a must, right? I've been making this Granola for years (I swap the peanut butter for almond butter). We are also big fans of Bear Naked Granola in my home. I love them all but our top favorites are Cacao and Cashew Butter and Vanilla Almond.
Other Extras
Toasted Coconut (I like Dang Unsweetened Coconut Chips), mini chocolate chips, cinnamon, raisins, fruit compote, lemon curd, etc etc.
Serve some sparkling Infused Water on the side and you have yourself a delicious, colorful, gorgeous, and original Yogurt Parfait Party!
Enjoy!

HI Marci
Is it possible to make yogurt from almond milk? My daughter, Lizzy, is no longer able to have any traditional dairy at all and really misses yogurt.
Debbie, That poor thing! I’ve tried and tried to figure out almond milk yogurt and it ends up gloppy and a bit strange tasting every time. I’ve tried coconut milk as well and still can’t seem to get the texture right. There are quite a few recipes out there though! If I ever master it, I’ll be sure and post it!
Hi, you have some great recipes i’m going to try!! I have a question concerning making yogurt. I have a pressure cooker that doesn’t have a yogurt setting. What setting would be comoarable? Thanks
Rose, I’ve Never made yogurt without the yogurt function, so I’m not at all an expert on your question, but the recipes that I’ve seen, instead make yogurt in mason jars and put them inside the Instant Pot to stay warm. A quick google search should get you a recipe for it!
Such a lovely collection!
Nicole, If it looks pretty, it tastes better, right?!
