Turn your Instant Pot Skyr Yogurt into a healthy Skyr Yogurt Cream Cheese Spread.  Blueberry for a sweet vibe and Garlic Herb for the savory.

Ingredients

For the Blueberry Cream Cheese

  • 1 cup Skyr yogurt
  • 1/2 cup freeze dried blueberries, crushed lightly
  • 12 tablespoons honey (optional)

For the Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

  • 1 cup Skyr Yogurt
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/8 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

For the Blueberry Cream Cheese

  1. To a small bowl, add Skyr yogurt, blueberries and honey (optional), stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days.

For the Garlic Herb Cream Cheese

  1. To a small bowl, add Skyr and the rest of the ingredients, stir to combine.
  2. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 5 days

Notes

Serve on bagels, toast, or with crackers.  Or thin with a little milk and use as a fruit and veggie dip.
